Ordered these and loved the design. Sadly, the first set had a magnet that came out (they're glued into little slots) and I was unable to find it. I wrote an email to their support team, and they replaced it very quickly and without any charge at all to me. Hard to find a company that gives a d**** about customer support anymore, it feels like. Thanks, WC!

Exactly as advertise, product is great.

Just what I wanted to step up my game and make the Arctic Nova look good.

I got the full matched set of upgrades, and I loved the head strap and gel ear cushions. Can't recommend those enough if you see a style you like, the thicker cups keep the ANC mic away from your ear.Unfortunately, these covers were just not as good.They seems to be injection molded and then water dipped for the pattern, but they feel a little less premium than the original caps with metal covers. That is to be expected I guess, however what loses them a star is the magnets being used to attach these to the headset keep falling out, without any sort of impact to knock them loose.The left cover had a magnet already loose in the package after shipping that needed to be super glued back in.The right lost a magnet at some point during a battery change I guess, still haven't found that one. Luckily they are easy to find, 3/6"x3/8"x1/32".They do make a nice matched set with the other pieces, but be warned it feels like a compromise and might need some upkeep.

Ive had these for less than 60 days not even daily use and the magnet that holds this plate on fell off of the cheap adhesive.Cant imagine this is a hard problem to solve but really disappointed for a flagship headset that someone would sell such low quality accessories.Feels like putting cheap socks on under dress shoes.

Look great. Feel great. First time I pulled the magnetic cover off of the USB-C side of the headset the magnet fell out of the WC cover plate. Caused some minor scratching to the Acrtis Nova Pro Wireless as I was trying to figure out why the cover wasn't fitting back correctly. The magnets appear to be adhered merely with double sided tape.

Easy to install and just adds a little different look. Great for that purpose.

I lost one of my original side plates but I think it happened for a reason. Very happy with the quality and the look of these WC plates. Highly recommended!

Quality of the product is terrible / magnets nearly hold and looks unfished bunch of scratches from productionWicked cushions usually has great products but unfortunately this one isn't one of them

Hier gibt es gar nicht viel zu sagen:Die Seitenlautsprecherplatten für das Arctis Nova Pro Wireless bringen bis auf ein Designupgrade nichts mit.Sieht cool aus und würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen, um die triste dunkle Farbe des Headsets etwas etwas aufzuhellen.
