Q: Hi would this subwoofer work with my onkyo A-933 amp for my music thank you

I understand that the Onkyo A-933 amplifier has a specific subwoofer preamp output so the SKW-208 should work perfectly well with it.

Q: What is the voltage input of this subwoofer? I was planning on using it in a 110 V supply region

In my region I m using 220V. Using 110 via inverter (you have to use it!!!) might downgrade its capabilities! On the other hand, you should check the power requirement from the manual. You can find it in Internet.

Q: What are the best settings to stop the annoying auto on/off?

I only use this subwoofer at medium to high volumes so it’s not really been an issue.All I can suggest is that you try turning the frequency knob to max., so that it’s sensing a wider range of signals. Not sure what you’re using to drive it but on some of the bigger AV receivers you can select the range of frequencies to send to the subwoofer rather than to the main speakers. I guess the more signal being received by the subwoofer the less likely it is to switch to stand by. Alternatively, a good audio engineer might be able to wire in a circuit to bypass the auto standby switch. Best of luck!
