Colourpop Ultra Matte Liquid Lipstick

Absolutely love it everyone asked about it lol it suits my skin tone perfectly however if u already have naturally dry lips u may wanna put a balm on ur lips before applying this like all matte lipsticks it's VERY quick drying and dries out ur lips lol but it looks soooooo damn awesome

Bought this for my daughter (light skinned Indian) who absolutely lovess dark colours. It's not clumpy nor sticky, just dry as a matte could be. doesn't come off easily so its perfect for long wear.

I love the color but it dried my lips out quite a bit. I don't know if maybe I'm allergic to something in the product or something but my lips feel weird now...this was my FIRST time getting anything from Colourpop. But overall, it's really nice!

I've tried many liquid lispticks and Colourpop's formula STICKS. It lasts all day even after eating, drinking, sweating, or anything you could imagine. After a while it will begin to fade in the center where your lips touch but a little touch up will fix that. It is quite drying, however, so I suggest exfoliating and moisturizing your lips for at least a few hours before applying. Otherwise it will show every crack in your lips. I bought the color Teeny Tiny and though it's a nice color, it's a little darker than I expected. Definitely more of a winter/fall color than summer.

My absolute favorite liquid lipstick. The only brand I've found that lasts LITERALLY all day. I actually had to buy oil-based makeup remover to take it off. It can be very drying, but I add a layer of Carmax over the lipstick after it dries, and that problem is solved. ALL DAY WEAR. This is the first time I've had lipstick that actually lived up to that claim. So happy! I'll be reordering it as soon as I run out. Trap is a fantastic brown/grey/beige that looks great with pale skin.

The formula of this lipstick is amazing. It's very pigmented so you do need to be careful in applying it, to make sure it doesn't go past the lip line (after that, it's harder to remove). It's also very smooth and has a wonderful smell to it. The product lasts through my work day (8 hours), but I do need to re-apply it after I leave work. But that's still pretty good, since most lipsticks fade after I eat a meal! The only downside is that the color came darker than expected. My skin is darker (somewhat olive in color) than the girl's in this picture, so I expected it to look a little lighter on me, but it looked a lot darker :( Maybe about 1.5 shades darker. But it's still okay because I was planning to buy a darker lipstick after this one anyway. But I suggest getting a somewhat lighter color to be sure your'e getting exactly the color you want.

The colour is darker than I thought, but it is still a beautiful color. I do find that this lipstick is more drying than some of the other ones I've tried (Ulta, Nyx soft matte lip cream, Kat Von D's liquid lipsticks, Maybelline's new one). It does flake off somewhat in the middle, but I don't find that a huge issue. The only thing I'm not an enormous fan of is the formula. I've never used Colourpop's products before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I guess I'm spoiled by the Kat Von D lipsticks, I just wasn't too big on how this went on.That being said, I do really like this lipstick. It just has its downsides. I think it falls more towards a 3.5* than a 4* review. I'll most likely keep wearing this lipstick and buy more in the future.tl;dr - It's okay. The colour is nice, but the formula isn't great imo.
