Moreover, Amazon's return/replacement policy for this product is unacceptable. They are requiring me to package and mail it back at my own expense and inconvenience. This crucial detail was not disclosed on the product page. The bed and mattress are utterly useless, and Amazon's handling of returns for such defective products is misleading and frustrating. Avoid purchasing this product and be wary of Amazon's return policies.

It is very easy to use. Mattresses is comfortable and bouncy. Easy to fold and move from One room to another. Served the purpose for which it was purchased. It is sturdy while sleeping because wheel lock. Satisfied with its performance.
