These motorized remote blinds work really well for the windows up high on a wall we can’t reach. There was a glitch with a couple of the motors, but their customer service worked very well with us to get them replaced. I’m happy.

I loved the way it turned out in the end. But the item arrives with no instructions. I ordered the wall mount. And the only instructions you can find on the product page is for ceiling mount. And it really doesn't say much! If it came with simple instructions, it could have saved us an hour or two...

The media could not be loaded.  Looks very sleek. Install for this particular size and shape was not easy with just 2 people. Sometimes rollers get caught on the 90 deg turn so it’s not perfect, but in general rolls smooth- still 5-star worthy. I was very impressed with how quickly it got here for being something custom-made; they also reached out to make sure I had both tracking numbers for the two separate boxes. Overall very happy and would recommend them and would order again.

My experience with these curtain tracks has been highly disappointing. Out of the required 7 connectors, a staggering 4 were missing from the package. This left me unable to properly assemble the tracks as intended. Moreover, the 90-degree connector did not match the other track pieces, suggesting a design flaw. I wasted $300+ and my valuable time on this purchase. I strongly advise against purchasing these tracks due to their lack of quality control and poor design.
