Brooks Men’s Divide 4 GTX Waterproof Trail Running Shoe

These light weight waterproof Brooks Divide 4 shoes are Great! They are super comfortable and supportive. I work outside in the weather and on different terrain and needed a shoe that is lightweight and comfortable and multifunctional at the same time. It rained the first day I wore them and my feet stayed dry all day. The Brooks Divide 4 exceeded all expectations and I highly recommend them.

Fit is good.Slightly stiffer sole compared to a running shoe, as would I expect.Serves as a good trail and wet weather shoe.

Product is either miss marked or made smaller than other shoes by same manufacturer. I have returned and reordered a full size large.

my grandson is a landscaper and needs a sturdy shoe with a good tread and support. Gortex is outstanding for warmth and water proofing. you get all this with Brooks . Well done !

This is my first time buying "waterproof" running shoes.I don't think my original review was fail (one star, said they were not waterproof), so I am re-writing it.I have been wearing these shoes for about 7 weeks now, and these are the first pair I reach for every day.I walk/hike anywhere from 4 to 7 miles a day, depending where I go.We have had a lot of rain lately, and one trail I usually walk had been breached several times by a nearby stream.I had to cross 6 or 7 times, and there was no way to avoid putting my foot squarely in the path of the water.As long as the water didn't come up over my shoe, to get in around the ankle, these shoes let NO WATER in at all.I was standing in 2 or 3 inches of moving water, and my feet stayed dry.They are not the most comfortable shoes in the world, I can't even compare them to the Ghost I usually wear on the roads, they are no where near that level of comfort.But, they have a solid but flexible sole, and they are warm and dry.I walk over exposed roots, through rock gardens, across creeks, up and down countless hills in the woods, and they perform beautifully.All I can guess (from my initial review below) is that my feet were sweating, as these shoes don't let water in OR out.I would buy them again, and I would pay the same for them. Although I will try another model with a little more cushioning, these shoes are worth the money, in my opinion.Below is my original review.Only reason I bought these was because they were listed as waterproof, and they are not.I've been wearing them for a couple of weeks now.I walk 4 to 7 miles every day, no matter the weather.They keep the tops of my feet warm and dry, even when walking through wet grass.However, water seems to be making its way up through the sole somehow.There are grooves and shapes factory cut into the outsole, presumably so the shoe can flex, and I assume that's where the water is getting in. Matches up to where my foot gets wet on the bottom.Not acceptable when you pay this much for a shoe that is billed as "waterproof".

I need a goretex shoe with some decent traction lugs for transitions from road/sidewalk to ice/snow patches and mild offroad. Brooks markets this shoe as a "hybrid" between the road and trail shoe. Perfect! But this shoe is hard as a rock. I tried much harder than I should to convince myself the shoes were worth keeping, have some sympathy for them, give them another chance, be patient, compromise.. No, they even sound like hard heeled boots every time you step.. Returning unfortunately.

I've been wearing nothing but brooks for about 10yrs now and I won't buy anything else!

glycerine GTX 20 are way better. I had to stopWearing these and bought me a new pair of Brooks glycerine GTX 20.

Scarpe molto rigide rispetto alle Adrenaline.Consiglio di acquistarle considerando sempre un numero in più dal solito.Non posso restituirle ma anche se strette le posso sfruttare per il solo allenamento di un paio di ore, non di più.
