So this is our second foot massager from Snailax, and as usual they don’t disappoint. My wife kept hogging our first foot massager so we decided to get a second one. Comparing the two (as we of course will do) there are many positives and just one item I would suggest to improve it.To begin with this massager is $30 less than the first one we tried so I keep that in mind as I write this review. The good: massager is not in a hard case (soft, pliable outer shell) which makes it much lighter and easier for me to use while reclined in my recliner. I like the kneading better on this one as it does a better job getting in there to reach all the foot muscles. Feels great. My favorite setting after several days of trying it out are low compression, medium knead, low vibration, no heat. The heat has two settings and when the nights are cool it works much better than our first massager. You can really feel the heat on this one, in a good way, unlike others I have tried where you don’t even know the heat is on. Works so well that I keep it off unless my feet are cold or I want the heat therapy added to my massage. This unit also has vibration which my more expensive one does not. A feature I didn’t realize I needed or liked but I do. It’s random in length and frequency which is very effective at all 3 levels.There is no timer on this one so it cuts off after 15 minutes while the more expensive model allows setting it to 15, 20, and 30 minutes. Not a big deal and the vibration replaced the timer so all in all a fair trade off. The only thing I would change is that the settings are reset every time you turn it off. On our first one, as long as we leave it connected to power it remembers our last settings. This one resets to Low everything and High heat. So we need to change the startup settings each time we start it if we prefer something different. But for the price savings I can deal with that. And the default settings are good anyway. We are very happy with this model and highly recommend it. The kneading is the best I’ve tried. And the compression shapes to your foot size whether large or small. I've used this for hours at a time with no issues, but try it yourself before you use it beyond the recommended time.I have tried several products from this manufacturer and have not had any issues over time. I am guessing this model will last a long time as well.

I have been a loyal customer of the Snail brand for years, and every product I have purchased from them has performed reliably. As someone who walks a lot, spends long hours on their feet, and prioritizes wellness, I have tried several foot massagers, but this one truly stood out. From the first use, I could tell it was designed with both comfort and effectiveness in mind. The deep-kneading massage accurately targets pressure points, while the heat function adds a soothing warmth that’s especially helpful for my cold feet at bedtime. What I appreciated most was the thoughtful design, angled just right for natural foot placement and powerful enough to relieve real tension without discomfort. It is quiet, compact, and incredibly user-friendly. Overall, the quality and performance far exceeded my expectations.

For years my feet have felt thick, slightly numb, and out of alignment from wearing crummy shoes. Doctors say the only fix for some of it is surgery. Forget that! Then I stumbled (pun) on this foot massager. I'm ready to try anything if it fixes my feet. WOW. After two hours of massage, my feet no longer feel "thick and numby." This has a low, medium, high range, and the low range is lovely, therapeutic and relaxing. But if you really want to get "down and dirty" with making changes inside your feet, carefully crank up to high in various combinations. I can shift my foot around to make the massage balls contact certain spots. When I first inserted my "bad" foot, it felt like a rock under my heel. It was a heel bone! not the machine. After 15 minutes, the bone went where it should. If I shove my heels to the back it will massage my toes. Cram my foot forward as far as possible, and I get amazing plantar fascitis relief. This machine has already paid for itself today, the day I got it. I cannot afford live massage like THIS machine! After two hours of massage (eight 15-minute sessions back to back,) I mowed half an acre. I walk differently.

Great machine. I have a size 12 (US) foot. The the kneading is okay. Just wished it moved up and down the foot (only reason it's not a 5 star). The compression is AWESOME! I crank it to max, and it squeezes HARD. I like that it's not constant, but actually fluctuates. Great buy.

This is the best thing invented! This has wonderful massage and heat. I have Metatarsalgia and plantar tendon issues. This is the best thing after a long day , hot shower,then relaxing with this. It only lasts about 15 minutes.but my those 15 minutes!. You can change the settings from low, med to high with the massages. Also the heat setting is adjustable. The massage can get intense at times on the med and high settings. I do my first on low, with high heat. Then will do it again with med and high heat. This is super easy to use. The remote makes functionality really easy to use.

I loooooove this thing. I have a fallen arch and plantar fasciitis but still try to be active and get my steps in - so my feet hurt a lot. This helps so much. It feels so good and helps restore my feet. I like that you can adjust each component independently to truly customize what will work for you. There was a day my feet were so sore I couldn't do the kneading with the compression but I was able to turn off the compression and got the relief I needed.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:OKay this isn't like getting your feet hand massaged. HOWEVER,we (myself and my kids) fight over who is going to sit and get their feets massaged. It has a timer on it and that's how we regulate. I love the heat feature and the fact it has three levels of intensity. It's amazing. It's compact and I can easily shove it under my bed for storage. I 100% love this. I may get it as gift for someone.

Been using for couple months twice a day hoping for some relief for numb toes. Not getting any better but not worse either.
