These batteries last less than a day before they burned out. Not worth the money.

Working well so far
Had these for about a month now and they have been working well so far. It's an LED replacement and is a bit heavier. Gives a somewhat cool white light source. Time will tell if they will last and when the brightness will be noticeably dimmer.

affordable pricing these are LED bulbs and not halogen bulbs
Product review for Compatible with Welch Allyn 5 Pcs Halogen Replacement Bulbs 04900-U (5 pcs)These are an affordable option to the OEM Welch Allyn Halogen bulbs that can be around 15 bucks a bulb, you would get three of these bulbs. However the difference is that these bulbs are LED and not Halogen, it gives a bright cool white instead of warm white. Another challenge I have noticed is the operation voltage which is 3.5V rated but the Lithium battery in Welch Allyn is about 3.7 to 4 V that can decrease the bulb life. My OEM bulbs are 16 years old and they still work well, so it comes down to the longevity of these bulbs to know if it is a good value.
