ECCO Women's Soft 7 Perforated Tie Sneaker

These are the most comfortable shoes I own. They're cute, too! I get compliments every time I wear them. There was no break in required, they were comfortable right out of the box. I bought them to take on a recent trip to Greece, and they certainly didn't disappoint. I wore them for the first travel day that totaled 25hrs, and I didn't notice any discomfort the entire time. I wore them most of the trip and even on the long journey home. The leather is soft and the sole is quite supportive. The seam over the toe box has yet to bother me. I have bunions and these fit like a glove, wide enough but not so much that they slip off. The soles do squeak on certain surfaces, but I don't think it's terribly noticeable.All in all, I can't wait to buy another pair...or two.

Genuine leather, super comfy, great quality shoes. I had a discontinued pair of Ecco sneakers that I still wear after 5 years and will keep until it falls off my feet.. After trying many others, worried about the future of those feet, I discovered that the Soft 7 series fits me well, and is also very comfy. It takes a little time to break them in though, or at least until they warm up a bit, but then it's really nice. Now I can just buy any style or color from this series and after getting a black one, went for this "warm grey" metallic color, which is really unique and looks more gold then grey, but now people stop me on the street to ask where I got them. Goes really well with any color, blue jeans or white pants..

Just bought these Soft 7, black tie, perforated leather sneakers. I have 4 other Ecco's, but these SQUEAK when walking on anything but carpet. I never noticed this in the other pairs I have worn for 3-4 years.I am about to go to Europe and go to many museums...I can't be squeaking all the way through these buildings...what can I do?????Later: Just back from a local Ecco Store. Clerk said all the soles of this type make a sound on slick floors (I have 2 other pair but hadn't noticed it particularly.) I noticed the price for the pair I got on sale on Amazon cost twice as much at the store. Sooooo, I am keeping these VERY COMFORTABLE Soft 7 Ecco's as seen above for my upcoming European trip...lots of walking, and they won't squeak on city sidewalks. And maybe they'll quiet down before I get to the museums.

UPDATE AUGUST 2020: I bought the same exact rose color perf sneaker as it was offered super cheap. I would have kept it, however my heel was right up against the back of the shoe which isn't a bad thing totally but the top of the heel cushioning was barely cushioned. My original pair had 3 X's the top heel cushioning. If the cushioning was there, I would have kept them as everything else seemed good. 40 EU fits my 8 to 8.5 WW feet - I need to loosen up the laces, but some of the ECCO tie sneakers can work for me & are quite comfortable. I've had the rose dust perforated for over a month & have worn them 2 or three times walking around town.

After reading reviews from a couple of years ago, I was hesitant to order these but they turned out GREAT! Came in a proper Ecco box. Fit perfect (must remember that ECCO is a European brand and need to order a size down). I wear a normal US6 and European 36 which is always translates to a size 5. These black perforated ones are comfortable and just as I hoped they'd be. I hope this review helps someone make a decision too!

These are very comfortable, I purchased them for an upcoming trip where walking will be a huge part of our day. They truly need to be broken in. I normally wear sneakers as my shoe of choice and these have a totally different feel than running shoes. However a runner I am not...I just wear the shoes. 😎 I have found the more consistently I wear these the better, if I swap between these and other shoes it’s sort of like starting over on breaking them in. The support is amazing and you can really feel the support in your arch.

First of all I would give this a half a star if I could, only because of the cute style and fit. I’ve been waiting to write this review until I’ve tested the product out for the full duration of my trip,which I just returned from. I bought these shoes especially for my trip to Europe, I knew I would be walking a TON for my 2 week, 4 country adventure. I prepared and did a bunch of research on what the “Best European Walking Shoes” were and I constantly saw these ECCOS. I wanted something that would be comfortable and stylish, that could be versitle for my limited wardrobe. The shoes fit as expected, and were very cute. I received them 2 weeks prior to my take off and I thought that would be plenty of time to break in because I saw from many reviews that they could be uncomfortable until you broke them in. Sad to say that never changed for me. These shoes were VERY uncomfortable and made my feet, knees, and back hurt! Thank god I brought my Brooks running shoes with me, I ended up switching to those 4 days in (which was annoying to wear clunky, hot pink running shoes with all my outfits) I eventually came across some Birkenstocks and bought those —they even offered better support than these shoes! I was very disappointed with this purchase, it seemed like everyone was raving about these shoes in all the reviews. So make sure you do all the research beforehand and if you will be walking 8+ hours a day these might not be the shoes for you. I’d find some cute trainers, or even a supportive sandal. Hoping I can get a refund.

I have purchased several brands of walking shoes. The Eccos are a first time purchased. I inquired about sizing before ordering. I tried them in and they were right all around but pretty good in length and was told they stretch. After wearing them about 4-5 hours I would have taken them off because my feet hurt so bad but I had to wait until about seven hours and once I was in the car- they were off. I need to send these back and Do some research to see if I should try another size or give up.
