Nice phone, who need the latest signature phone when this is fine for 90% of people.. £1000 phones are just to show off to others you have/wasted money. Functionality is great, it's responsive, with a big screen & it looks great, nice camera's that take great pictures. Easy to use & setup, connecting to wearables (watch/earphones), even off-brand ones, it's so good I got the wife one too, upgrading her A12. Signal strenth is based on where you are, so it's kinda pointless to say if it bad/good or great, it is what it is.. Where I am, it's not so great, that could be down to the phone, the mobile mast, conditions, what kind of building you're in.. So not really worth mentioning.

I bought the Samsung Galaxy A55 5G for my teenage daughter, and she absolutely loves it. The phone is fast, the screen is bright and clear, and the battery lasts all day. For the price, it feels like a premium device. The 128GB storage and 8GB RAM are great for apps, photos, and videos, and the navy color looks really nice in person. Overall, an excellent affordable phone that does everything she needs and more.

Bought as a Christmas present. This model appealed as it still takes a physical SIM card rather than a digital SIM and also takes a memory card which most phones don't nowadays. We always find Samsung phones to be good, hopefully this one will be the same.

Had this for well over a year with not many problems. Love the ease of use for the photo app. Sometimes it does not recognise my SD card. Battery life still very good after a year.

Wife wanted to upgrade , on EE contract wanted £36.00 a month , Found this at £252.00 , saving over a £130.00 on EE over 3 years went sim only £12.00p/m unlimited . Thats why I shopped around , read reviews on here ,some say box opened etc , but did look at a lot of sellers before going for this one , Have to say ordered late afternoon was delivered at noon next day , all intact ,easy set up/transferred all apps etc , early days but cant fault anything so far .Phone is fast ,and as with all Samsungs its just as easy to use as your old one .Should any problems arise I will update ,but cant see it . A month ago I upgraded to the S24+ , if I had ordered the A55 earlier I could have been very tempted to get one myself for what I use mine for . Definitely worth a look and can save you money Hope this helps .

This Samsung Galaxy A55 5G with Android 14 does everything we want and a lot more. The only reason for moving from the old Samsung J510 was that some key apps no longer supported Android 7. As usual, a few hours were required to remove or disable all the unwanted clutter and snooping, once done then the transfer of everything from the old phone only took about half an hour with them sitting next to each other. Remember to back up all data such as photos and W-A history etc, just in case. A screen protector was added, just in case. It went on nicely. And the phone is just as responsive. The Torro case fits well and is thick enough to give good protection to the three protruding lenses. It even feels like real leather. Big screen mirroring and charging via USB-C and HDMI adaptor works well with a 45W PD charger . Photos are excellent; the motion compensation is surprisingly good. Sound is good too, even with the case on it. Addendum 30th Jan 2025 It is far too easy to mute the sound when pressing the adjacent On button! To many missed calls!

I last bought a new phone over 5 years ago. I did not expect this phone to be so great but I am impressed. For the first time ever, I have to not have the screen on full brightness. For real - I could use the screen as a torch. I read reviews where fingerprint reader had problems but not seen that at all. It actually works better than the S21 a family member owns. The feel of the phone is comfortable, the camera is really quite nice - far better than expected. The entire phone is really quite nice. I am yet to try Bluetooth features but I anticipate this to be a far better experience than my previous Oppo. If anyone is looking for a good mid range phone.. this one is really nice, and feels like something much more expensive.

Habe dieses jetzt für meinen Sohn gekauft, er brauchte auch mal ein neues und fand mein Samsung a55 5g sehr gut. Jetzt hat er es von mir bekommen und ist genau so zufrieden damit wie ich. Man kann alles wichtige damit machen, Telefonieren, Nachrichten schreiben und Bilder machen und die Bilder sehen sehr gut aus. Klare Kaufempfehlung

Il design è ancora elegante e il display Super AMOLED da 6,6 pollici è perfetto per guardare video o navigare, con colori sempre vividi. La fotocamera da 50 MP continua a scattare foto nitide, mentre quella frontale da 32 MP è ideale per selfie di buona qualità. La performance è sempre fluida, senza rallentamenti anche con l'uso quotidiano e il multitasking. La batteria da 5000 mAh è ancora una delle sue caratteristiche migliori, riuscendo a durare tranquillamente per tutta la giornata, anche con un uso più intenso. La ricarica rapida a 25W è comoda, anche se non la più veloce in assoluto. Nel complesso, il Samsung Galaxy A55 5G è un ottimo dispositivo che ha mantenuto alte le sue prestazioni dopo quasi un anno di utilizzo.
