I purchased Relaxium about two weeks ago and it has worked great for me. Usually if I take melatonin and I get up to go to the bathroom and I lay back down I’m awake for a while but not with this product. I fall right back asleep. I highly recommend it.

I have taken the product as directed for the last eight nights. Did not work for me. Went to bed tired was awake within two hours and set up for an hour watching television and then went back to bed. Didn’t work for me.

I was a sceptic that an over the counter would help me sleep but I was wrong. I now sleep faster and no groggynes in the morning.

I’m so glad I found this product. I’ve been having a lot of issues falling asleep and staying asleep due to hormonal changes due to perimenopause. This calms my brain and I can now fall asleep within 20-30 minutes. I still wake up around 3am, but that’s completely hormonal. I’ve been taking this for a month now and have experienced no side effects.

I’ve tried just about every sleep aid there is and this has been one of the better ones. They taste pretty decent too

I got my order yesterday, I went to sleep quickly 2 1/2 hours wide awake. I dont have trouble falling asleep just cannot stay asleep. Any suggestions? 10 mg meletonin these had. Even prescription Medication don't work for me
