Excellent performance and build quality for an all in one AMD eGPU
This eGPU is about double the price of the commonly available 7600M XT variants but it provides a significant increase in performance. It feels like double the performance, but in reality it's closer to 50% better than the 7600M XT. I can run most games I play in 4k medium to high settings with over 100 FPS. This is going to vary by game of course, but I previously owned a 7600M XT variant, and I had to turn down lighting effects, etc. to get the games to perform at full frame rates but at the cost of the games not "looking as good".I tried the MOREFINE 4080 eGPU before purchasing this, but I had massive problems with stability and you have to rely on their "custom" drivers and it ended up being returned. With this eGPU you can use the drivers that are provided directly from AMD and does not conflict with your integrated graphics if you have an AMD CPU.The build quality is excellent, metal body, and feels very premium. One thing to note is that this supports both thunderbolt and oculink. I am using oculink for the best performance possible, but when using oculink you loose the ability to use the integrated m.2 slot, network port, and usb hub. I did write ONEXPLAYER about this and they confirmed this is the case, and that I could try connecting both oculink and thunderbolt connections, but I have not been brave enough to try this yet. I will update this review when I do get the courage to try it. But if you're using the thunderbolt connection, everything works as expected, you will just take a little hit in performance due to the reduced bandwidth of thunderbolt compared to oculink. If you're using oculink, this does not include a cable, so you will need to source an oculink cable. Also, always connect the cable when both your PC and eGPU is powered off. Then power eGPU up, then your PC. When shutting down, shut PC down first and then power off the eGPU.Another thing to note is that it sits upright, like a tower. It is not designed to lay flat. It pulls in air from both sides and exhausts it out the top. You can definitely hear it when it ramps up, but if you're wearing a headset or keep your game volume at a decent level, it's not going to be an issue IMO.

Defective Product and Poor Support – Will Update if Resolved (so far it is not resolved)
I purchased the OneXGPU 2 eGPU from Amazon in January 2025 for USD 1,075.94. Unfortunately, the unit has never worked correctly. Despite following all troubleshooting steps provided by the manufacturer, I have not been able to use the product even for a single game session, and now it does not even power on.The support from both Amazon and the manufacturer has been frustrating. Amazon's warranty window has expired, and the manufacturer is requesting that I pay shipping from Brazil to China or the US for a repair or replacement, despite this being a confirmed warranty case. This makes resolving the situation very difficult and costly.I am willing to work with the support teams to resolve the situation. If they provide a satisfactory solution, I will update my review accordingly. Until then, I cannot recommend purchasing this product.

It’s ok but way over priced
I got this and connected it to my laptop. It worked ok but still a little choppy and sluggish. For $750(after taxes) I expected way better. It’ll improve your gameplay a little but not enough to justify the price so I returned it. Heck you can get a good gaming laptop that gives way better performance for a couple hundred dollars more or maybe even less if you find one on sell or an open box product. My own dumb fault, but I'm just trying to warn others before spending that kind of money on something that in all honesty shouldn't cost more than $300 at most. Even at that price it's not really worth it, but to each there own.

Great portable eGPU for your handheld
This is a fairly small eGPU featuring the Radeon XT7600M and is probably best used with a handheld device or non-gaming laptop (example Legion Go, ROG Ally, Steamdeck, etc).It provides a nice boost to FPS in most games I tested. It had a little better performance when using an external monitor as opposed to my Legion Go's built in screen. The biggest downside for this is the size of the power supply, it is massive, almost half the size of the actual eGPU. Since I bought this for portability it was definitely a drawback. I was able to find a third-party power supply that was about half the size of the included one.Given the power requirements, I don't believe you would be able to power it from an external power bank. So while it is small and easily portable, you are still tied to an outlet. I haven't had any issues powering it from an airplane outlet (or the lounge beforehand), so it is still definitely great for travelling, but there are limitations. With the price it really only makes sense for certain use cases. If you are remaining stationary there are more powerful options, but this excels as an easily portable eGPU if you are a frequent traveller. Very easy to setup in most hotel rooms. It provides a nice performance boost to your gaming if it meets your use case.
