I am very satisfied with this OCEANZEN Atlantic Salmon! The fish is truly sashimi-grade, fresh, and well-packaged. The frozen shipping preserved the texture and quality perfectly. Once thawed, the salmon had a vibrant color, firm texture, and no fishy smell. It was rich in flavor and had just the right amount of fat, making it perfect for sashimi, sushi, grilling, or pan-searing. Arrives frozen solid every time. Very clean taste and gorgeous fat lines that give it a buttery melt in your mouth experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys fresh sushi grade, high quality fish. The only downside is how quickly it disappears!

when we open the box and what we saw was The plastic wraps of two fish packs were broken and the fish filets were within the dry-ice packs. Paid for 4 packs but only two of them edible.

Thin portions. Skinned. Tastes good, but not $27/lb good. We’ll keep looking.
