Excellent pillow, firm but more flexible than others of its type
I previously bought a similar pair of pillows from Sleep Innovations, but they are now either out of stock or unavailable. This new brand is a bit softer and more comfortable than the original pair. It's good for sleeping on my side or my back. The pillow cradles and supports the head and neck in a more contoured way than some harder pillows. The price is reasonable. The only difference from Sleep Innovations is that this pillow does not have a zip cover. So there is no way to wash the exterior. I suppose that one could buy a zip cover for it at extra cost.

I think this is the best pillow I've ever laid my head on...it was so nice I immediately ordered a second one after the first night..I had been waking up with neck cramps and headaches and figured out it was my old pillow...I've tried a number of different ones claiming this and that and they never quite hit the mark.....this pillow is a game changer..it's soft but supportive and stays cool ..it also maintains it's shape /returns to original form when you lift your head up....I sleep on my side primarily but provides good support when on my back winding down too .....I'd buy this pillow again and again

Not terribly soft
The texture of the fabric is indeed soft, for what that matters considering you're putting a pillow case in it. The pillow itself isn't soft or plush pillow. It doesn't give much when you lay your head and turned out to be much former than I was looking for, maybe 5/10

Easy to along with perfect size, has extremely good material for the price. The comfort level is next to none, pain relief was almost immediately.

After 3 months it’s not same I had to change my pillow it was not as foam as it needs to be so I can have a good sleep
