Works well
I was looking for a single "K-cup" coffeemaker as my almost two decade old classic Keurig bit the dust, I did not want any reservoir for water preferring to add fresh each time, and I am the only coffee drinker in the house and only one cup every couple days or so, saw this advertised and liked the size and ease of use, I got it in the mail and it surprised me how light it was, had to put it on a place mat to keep it from sliding around, but other than that it works great, pretty fast and is comparable to my old Keurig, no complaints so far. AND it was on sale plus a $15 off coupon...cant beat that with a stick!!

IMPRESSIVE
SO MY *3RD* KEURIG KCUP MACHINE W/ EXTRA BELLS & WHISTLES BROKE AFTER OWNING FOR ONLY 6 MONTHS. SO AFTER DESPERATION & KEURIG NOT BEING HELPFUL I WENT LOOKING FOR ANOTHER MACHINE THAT COULD DO THE JOB & NOT BREAK THE BANK. GUY'S I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS EASY COMPACT KCUP BREWER EVEN BETTER THAN THE STUPID KEURIG!!! IT'S COMPACT I'D SAY U CAN EVEN TRAVEL W/ IT IF NECESSARY. THERE'S NO EXTRA WATER RESEVOIR BUT I LOVE THE FACT THAT WHATEVER AMOUNT OF WATER I ADD IS EXACTLY WHATS GONNA BREW ON MY KEURIG ITS A 3 SIZE CUP OPTION & SOMETIMES I DON'T LIKE THEIR OPTIONS EITHER. NO ECMXTRA ANNOYING BUTTONS HERE. THIS IS SOOOO SIMPLE. ITS LITERALLY PUSH THE BUTTON & IT BREWS ASAP IN UNDER 3 MINUTES. IT'S NOT NOISY LIKE MY OTHER MACHINES. THE COFFEE IS PIPING HOT. ITS MADE EXTREMELY WELL. AND VERSATILITY FACTORS INTO HOW U NEED TO UTILIZE IT. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT & U CANNOT BEAT THIS SELLERS PRICE AT ALL!!! BEST PRICED ON AMAZON

Maybe a fluke
No instructions but I think I figured it out. Blue light, done brewing. Solid orange light brewing. Flashing orange light heating up or cooling down. Worked fine for about 2 weeks. Then stopped working like it should and leaked. Added 12 oz of water and 3 oz would brew then back to blue light. Push button back to orange light, brew 3 more oz. Keep repeating until the tank is empty. Add more water to compensate for what evaporated and what leaked out. Finally have 12 oz brewed. Put in microwave for 30 second to heat up what is now a lukewarm cup of coffee. Returning today. Ordered another exact one. We'll see. If the second one does the same it will go back and I'll order something completely different.

Small and still just outta reach..
Don't let the size fool you. It works good if only it would be quicker doing it. The coffee taste just as great as they do with the the bigger name brands, or sizes too...if anything my coffee is made so slow, its like waiting for them to gather the beans, then ground them, pkg them , ship it to me, and then its ready to maybe heat up and make coffee. Not likin this one at all...i need 2 get coffee sometime in the morning.before its noon. Would love a refund and a new coffee pot..that actually makes the single cup faster than the standard 12 cup c.maker would...yawn.. sorry still waiting for my coffee...

Naw bruhhh...
See this is why i stopped doing immediate reviews on products and I think you should too. I bought this Bonsenkitchen coffee maker 9 months ago. It started out well making delicious coffee. Now it's making very watery coffee. It either doesn't utilize the k pod so too much water is in the cup or it uses the content in the k pod but puts no water so there is too little coffee in the cup. You never know what you're going to get. You try to save money buying this but end up losing more. Be smart invest your money by buying an actual Keurig coffeemaker.

Great customer service
This piece of junk won’t even power up. Waste of $$. Stick with a Keurig and don’t go cheap. Ok I wrote this review right after taking this coffee maker camping and not testing it out beforehand. I had no coffee for 2 days. That’s on me though. The folks at Bosenkitchen have been nothing short of amazing to deal with via email. Especially Ryan. They are sending a replacement. All I had to do was make a short video confirming the machine would not power on. It should be here in a few days. It was literally the best customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Good For The Price
This was small and inexpensive and easy to use, I like how quick it works and you can use any K cup you want and it works just fine as a expensive Keurig, glad I didn't waste my money on one this one does the trick and you can take it and put on your office desk at work and have your very own private coffee maker love it!

Starts out great, ends up frustrating...
At first I really liked this coffee maker. It's basically a single-cup-style, k-cup brewer. For the first week or so of use, it behaved exactly as one would expect: fill cup with water, pour into reservoir, place empty cup under dispenser, insert k-cup, close lid, press power button (twice - once turns light to blue and again turns light to orange and starts the brew.) After it completes, enjoy coffee. Nice. Simple. Now, a of couple weeks later: fill cup with water, pour into reservoir, place empty cup under dispenser, insert k-cup, close lid, press power button. Light turns blue. Press power button again. Light turns orange, brewing starts. Or so it seems. a couple minutes later, nothing has happened and the light is blue again. After many, many furstrating minutes of repeating this process, fiddling and button pressing, you will eventually get your coffee, but it isn't worth the trouble. There is a clear design flaw. I've kinda done a tiny, tiny bit of trouble-shooting on this (I'm just not going to invest a lot of time here.) It seems, when it fails (which is now almost every time), it's because the water didn't drain from the reservoir into the boiler when the lid was closed. When you close the lid, there's a plunger in the reservoir that activates and lets the water flow into the boiler. This almost never works anymore - even if I manually push the plunger down. With a lot of whacking of the side of the machine and jiggling of plunger, you can get the water to go down and you'll see air bubbles come up from around the plunger. It's pretty clear that the design of this machine doesn't prevent air locks from occurring in the water drain system, so the water never makes it from the reservoir to the boiler. Do not buy.
