25mm (1 Inch) Corrugated Flexible Pond Pipe Repair Connectors Hose Joiners

Purchased to connect two sections of 25mm flexible pipe. Connector is robust and true to size. Simple push fit. Created an effective connection with no leaks.

Plumbed up and then noticed it was leaking water. Took the pipe off to have a look and noticed there are several defects on going all the way through.

Fits pond hose well.

Lasted just long enough to do the job I needed to join two pipes then fractured between two of the grooves under a very slight pull to remove it- from how the surfaces appear, I suspect this is 3D printed (concentric circular failure mode at the split). If you need a strong, permanent connection, go brass/stainless), I wouldn’t trust this product beyond eyes on. But cheap!

Cheap rubbish. About as strong as a peice of choclate. Not fit for purpose, it will end up in the bin.

Perfect for joining together washing machine waste pipes.

This is a 3d printed item that would not fit the 35mm black pipe I bought it for. I heated the pipe up Ivy dipping it in boiling/hot water for 3-4 minutes but it still wouldn’t fit. In the end I carved some of the connected away with a knife to reduce its size. Then the pipe fitted. So it works but not without some effort. Exactly what I didn’t want to do. I hoped that this part would have fitted straightaway.
