Best probiotic!
I use this for gut maintenance and to restore gut flora after antibiotics. I can always tell they make me feel better. Recently, after chemo I had a fever to spike. Took 5 at a time then opened up 3 more to allow the probiotics into stomach as they normally open in intestines. My fever left after about an hour. This happened 3 different times. Saved me from emergency room visits as it is very dangerous for chemo patients to get a fever.

Quality product!
Not sure if I love this or not, as yet, but I do like it. This particular probiotic was recommended to me by a holistic doctor in my area as being good quality. It has 11 species of micro-organisms and the company making this is rated first class. I do like to change products now and then for repopulating my gut, so my body does not get too used to something and lose effectiveness. I had been taking another probiotic for a year or so. Not sure if that makes sense, but that is my thinking. So far, all is OK.
