I have seen the mixed reviews so I was a little worried when I purchased it. When it came, the packaging was a little beat up, but that’s literally the only negative thing I can say. The ps5 works flawlessly and I could not be more happy.

Works great no problems whatsoever except middle of updating games and playing a game at the same time the ps5 crashed a couple times. Other then that never happened again and is working like new.

DO NOT BUY!!!! You are better off just burning your cash. Do not buy this product from this seller they're absolutely trash!!! I bought one it worked for a month and then all the games would freeze a couple minutes into playing. Thought no big deal I would return it and get a new one or refunded my money no big deal. Wrong!!! One they tried saying I sent the wrong console back when that didn't work they accepted my return but guess what??? They charged me a restocking fee of the price of the console so they wouldn't have to refund me my money!! Absolute joke of a company!!!! Do not buy this product or any other product from this company. They are complete trash!!! Im still fighting with Amazon over a month later to get my money back.

Definitely had no problem setting it up, decided to buy this for myself as a little gift, especially when my nieces and nephews come over so they have something to play with. Definitely worth the money.
