This door bell is amazing. We use it so I can hear my 5 year old son get up in the night before he ends up at the end box my bed 😆. It works really well

Good support
Have only had product since 1st April but does not work all the time. It is intermittent and cannot be relied on! On product details it states 90 days to return/replace but Amazon only have 30 day policy. No way of contacting seller either! Edit….. managed to contact seller and they replaced item even though Amazon only gives 30 day replacement seller was good to their word. Product replaced, working well. Lots of follow up and support from seller. Would definitely recommend as after care is amazing. Thank you ☺️

Stopped working - returned
Great at first but stopped working after 3 months with the plug chime going off for no reason even with the sensor switched off. Also states it takes CR2032 batteries but the model we received takes CR2450 which we now have an abundance of after returning the faulty item.

Alarm
Really decent and work brilliantly, I found it abit confusing at first setting it up but once ypu get the hang of it, its pretty easy. Loud enough to hear it anywhere in the house. Adhesive is long lasting had it awhile and still up with no signs of coming down. Response time quick.

Easy to set up and works a treat, very good for notifying when elderly people try to leave the home.

Great Product
The seller was extremely helpful and responded promptly. They resolved the issue by sending me a replacement product, and the chime is now functioning properly. I would recommend this seller.
