Good product and a good service to

Bought for elderly person . Its old school but easy to use if you remember lol. Great value for the money and works well . 2g discontinued but still has 3g so works well for now

Great easy to use phone just disappointing to have been informed that it will be no longer compatible with G2 G3 at end of the year therefore phone will no longer be usable.

Brilliant phone

I bought the phone but didnt use it immediately. When i started using it I noticed it was faulty. Kept on shutting off at random. The you cannot restart it with read button unless you remove then puo the battery back or put it on a charging dock. I want to return the product but the 30 days have passed and amazon does not give me the option to return. Tried to contact but cannot find any forum to do that. Thats why am writing this review. I was abroad and by the time I got back to the UK the time to return the item had expired. I feel very dissapointed about this situation. I like the phone but the fault makes it unusable. because most of the time its gone off without my knowledge and eople kept on trying to call me they cannot get me on the phone. Because it turned itself off without my knowledge. Very frustating.

I’m afraid this phone will be coming back it’s only 2 g which means you can’t use it anymore so why there still selling it is beyond me. If it were 4g it would be great . It’s a brilliant phone when it works. But it won’t work in mums house at all.

Good bargain

Not the easiest phone to navigate. Sim card holder did not hold sim in place, needed a small piece of tape to hold it in the carrier. Very difficult message scroll to view. Would have returned it but my mother had tried it and ga e up on it and chucked it in a drawer.

So far so good, with occasional use. Four stars because, as it turned out, the phone only recognizes Latin alphabet symbols
