Q: The spin lever that goes on bottom part of handle is missing? No white lever-just a solid blue plastic piece.

Mine did not have a lever. I snap it upright position, put it in the basket and press down for the spin action.

Q: What is the size of the bucket?

Don't know but my spin mop was better than this

Q: Does this mop have additional replacement mop heads?

not with the one that you purchase but rather you can purchase a replacement mop head which would be the wise thing to do.
