SO MUCH FUN
The media could not be loaded. Please excuse the laugh. I did not think it would be that fun and I was nervous for the test ride. We set this up and had some difficulty putting the ratchet straps how the directions stated. We ended up having to figure out a different way to install it so that it was secure. It has been throughly enjoyed by kids and adults. It was be nice for the rope to go through the swing to pull back, but not a huge deal.It is durable, relatively easy to set up and decently safe if rode as instructed.

Watch the installation Video and write your own instructions. It’s not easy or intuitive.
Once up, it works as you expect. Instructions are poor but video in product description on the accompanying website is good. I had to watch it several times and it is not user friendly. The actor spends a lot of time on instructions that aren’t very helpful and very little time on critical instructions. I had to stop the video several times and the viewer I was using made this process very difficult. I decided to write my own instructions and that was helpful. Once outside, I had to start, stop, disassemble and reassemble three times. I expected this would take me about an hour to set up and it took three. It is not clear from the instructions how hard it will be to orient the cable for use with the ratchet. You need to secure the cable around the higher tree and accurately project how much cable you will need and how much slack the ratchet will take out of the cable. All the slack has to be taken from the far, higher end. It is difficult to hold the cable at the far / high end, pulling it to take out slack and set the three locking screw assemblies. I needed another set of hands but did not have them. Also, you need a socket set or wrench. It will take forever with a crescent wrench. Finally, setting the ratchet correctly is critical. You need to be sure you don't need to ratchet to the point that you have too much of the strap wound. I’m certain if I was to do this again I could get it done in about 90 minutes but there is a lot of trial and error. However, it did work as advertised once I got it up and my grandchildren loved it. Take a lot of time to think about it and then plan out your work before you start to install it.

Poor manufacturing quality
The description says this item is rated for 450 pounds. I weigh 185 pounds. I tested the zip line first before my kids did and on first use, one of the swages failed and I fell to the ground. Good thing I set it up low so I did not fall far or get hurt. I could have repaired it, but that is besides the point they should have manufactured it to a higher quality. My wife is not interested in me repairing it because she wonders what else will fail on it and safety is a hot button topic for her. Moral of the story, buy a higher quality one that costs more money.

Revised review.
I was installing the other day for my grandchildren, and as I was laying out the cable, I ended up cutting my hand due to cuts in a couple of individual wires that are twisted together to make the cable. My grandchildren won’t be grabbing cable, so they shouldn’t be affected. Just need to use extreme caution when installing and un-installing. Going to inspect cable regularly to ensure it doesn’t get worse and become a safety issue. After my original review the vendor sent me a replacement cable. I am very pleased with their quick response to the problem. My grandchildren love this zip line, spending hours outdoors away from electronic devices.

Works ok but rusting 8 months in
Works well kids enjoyed. The manufacturer sent the wrong clips they are too big for this size wire. Emailed the company never got a response. After about 8 months the main wire has rust all along it. I would recommend going with a different company.
