I’ve been taking these for over 6 months now. Just ordered a new pack as the last ones are running out so they do last a while. The bottle suggests taking 6 tablets per day, I was taking 3 in the morning and 3 before bed and had no stomach problems or other side effects but also wasn’t feeling like I was getting any results. Switched to all 6 in the am and making sure to take them each day. Also had no ill effects. Within a month, I started to get compliments on my skin including from my sister who is persnickety on that sort of thing. I’m 48 years old from the Southwest and have been outside a lot in my life (with and without sunscreen), had acne as a teen and still have some scars, always had oily skin on noes and cheeks. I'm originally from the South where it is of course humid as all get out. A year ago I moved to the West coast where it is not.
