Great quality, lots of zippered pockets, fabric is high quality. The handle pulls out easily and locks with a push button to release it. Has plenty of room for my work computer, power adapters and keyboard.

Easily rolls. Good size and not too bulky. Have the black color, looks professional. I find it easy to arrange and use. Fits my lap top well. Good value for what you get. Easy to pull & has handles to hold it with also. Good purchase.

The section for the laptop should have a foam liner on both sides and that flap should open flat to LAY the laptop in and should have straps to hold it securely into place and protect it from being damaged by things in the other compartments.Everything else is perfect . . . room for a light change of clothes or other personal necessities, like medications and testing implements like diabetes testing and/or blood pressure needs. And the office necessities have room. the luggage case with wheels and telescoping handle was perfect . . .Suggestions: more colors without any other changes would be great . . . I wanted to order more but couldn't find a color my daughter or grand-daughter would appreciate . . . wouldn't want them to have cases the same color as that cold be problem in getting the cases mixed up and there wasn't a color that would be fit for for my one-day-to-be grandson or my grandson. Grab box of 64 crayolas and check out the possibilities! FYI: I could really appreciate a bright green one for the other laptop! Hint, hint.This bag could be a real winner for everyone who can't travel with just the a laptop and my 17.3 Pavilion was a perfect fit if it just had some foam padding lining for both sides and around the edges.

I got this to use for work so that I could relieve my shoulders and back from having to carry laptop and all other devices to and from work. This works great for that. It has more than enough compartments to carry my 17" laptop and accessories. The only thing that was really a tight fit was the full size keyboard. Had to make some adjustments but it worked out fine for me cause I had 2 sets of keyboards, one I can keep at work and one for home. There is also plenty of room to carry other thins in there as well with plenty of extra space if I needed to carry more.The telescoping handle works great. Easily moves up and down, and when it's up, it locks in place so it doesn't drop back down. While it's up, I had no issues with the bag falling over or losing balance.I had this case for 1 month before my daughter took it to travel with. She used it at a carry on, and it fit in her overhead bin just fine. Had no issues with this case being carry on. On one of her trips she did check this bag in because there was limited overhead bin and they offered to check in for free. No issues there either.The one part of this bag that I was very skeptical of was the claim that it can be stored under the chair on the airplane. I know how much leg room we have on a plane, and I can see the size of this bag and thought there is no way this would fit. To my surprise, on one of my daughter's flight, while she was boarded, I texted her to make sure she puts that bag in the overhead bin and she said she just put it under the chair. I was shocked, told her to send me pic, it was a terrible pic but I could see the bag under the chair. She said it was fine there. She's much smaller than I am. She now uses this bag every time she travels. It seems quite sturdy.I do NOT recommend for a full size adult to store this under the chair on a plane and if buying this, plan on using the overhead bin. It is just a bit too cramped for my taste.Overall, I would recommend this bag for work, travel, or just about anything when you need to carry a lot of stuff and don't want to hurt your back trying.

Very spacious pockets with great variety of dividers.The handle feels someone flimsy forbag size when in use. I am not confident the handle will hold up during use. I wish the wheels swiveled.

Rolls /glides very smoothly. Compartments are good sized with enough pockets. Waterproof, as advertised. Zippers work great. Maneuvers easily. Fairly lightweight. Several choices of where to store folders.
