If you have these disk docks, these trays are a nice addition.

Does not fit a 4TB 2.5 inch drive
Works well for many drives (tried up to 1TB without problems), but my 4 TB 2.5 inch is too thick and too wide for this mount. Think twice about this when dealing with large 2.5 inch drives.

Works great with ProBox - Installing screws a bit tricky
Worked great with my Mediasonic HFR7-SU31CH for mounting a Samsung SSD, although it was a little tricky getting the two screws required attached to the SSD because of the tight space around the holes

Fits Mediasonic 4 bay cabinet
Got these for my new Mediasonic HF2-SU31C 4 bay cabinet. For this cabinet it is critical that the SATA connectors be in the very bottom right corner the same as a 3.5" HD has. Regular 2.5 inch conversion brackets may not, most center the drive. For normal mounting in a chassis with free hanging cabling this is not an issue and any other design would work as well as this one. These also have screw holes properly placed to mount the cabinet's provided tray handle for easy removal.

Doesn't support Mediasonic products
I used this with 4 SSDs in the new 10gbs Enclosure and the Storage space kept failing. Once I got the Orico ones (5 pack) it worked without issue

HD tray
Works as stated. Very pricey for a piece of tin metal bent and painted. Now a days you can get a a board full of electronics and a metal covering for $2 more. At 7.99 each you should be receiving 2-3 for that price.

Great Probox adapter for an SSD
I have a Mediasonic 4-bay Probox HF2-SU3S2; a low-cost, compact, fast (non-RAID) external storage solution. It was full of HDD's but as I upgrade my server, I have extra SSD's. This bracket adapts an SSD for use in the Probox. The Mediasonic HDB-G1 2.5" to 3.5" adapter bracket was used to mount an SSD into the Probox. The bracket also allows proper mounting of the pivoting, extraction handle, same as on an HDD. The Probox can now hold 3.5" HDD or 2.5" SSD drives.

It works to resize a drive for a mount
It was easy to install, and feels solid, except for a hinged piece.

I used it for my medisonic hd box ift's perfect, now can access 2.5 drives in the enclosure, works flawlessly

Very pricey. Poor design. The screws are awkward to work with. Once you have a drive in this adapter it works fine but you won't want to change drives very often.

I like the design - however there is no way to secure the SSD tray to the slide in Hard-Disk tray in my computer.

Takes a little wiggling and the instructions are not clear, the picture on Amazon of the product helped more with orientation. Very happy.
