We found the Candy Pro after our old machine bit the dust. We didn't want to spend too much on a new one, but still wanted decent 'specs'. The Candy Pro seemed to be a good upgrade on our previous machine and we have loved the steam/easy iron features. We think this machine is pretty good value for money. We found it first for around £330 but managed to get it for around £270 on Prime Day which was an extra big win as we were prepared to pay the upper price if the price didn't reduce any but we got it for a good deal. Having now used it for the past week we would definitely recommend it and do find it worth the original price. It was easy to install and it has been loads quieter than our old machine which is great, faster spin, larger weight capacity. Definitely happy with our purchase overall.

Looks good, is quiet in operation, good range of programmes, excellent wash cycle and water entry (unusual but effective) and is definitely cheaper to run! Recommend this machine.

After not receiving it when expected we finally got it 3 days late. My partner took it out the packaging and there is a small dent on the front but after the hassle of getting it in the first place I wasn't going to send it back. The machine itself works well and fairly easy to connect and use with WiFi. Haven't done a lot in it as yet but seems quieter than our old one and cleans well

I haven't tried all the functions yet but so far so good. Great machine for the money. Slight downside is that I don't find it to be the quietest machine ever although that said it's not overly noisy. Washes well, marvellous spin, easy to set up and use. Overall very pleased other than noise level (but to be fair, it does give a C rating for noise of spin cycle)

First one of these I ordered came with a huge dent in it so I requested a return and a replacement item. The replacement turned up a few days later but it took 10 days and four failed collections for someone from Amazon to actually turn up and pick up the washing machine. Six weeks later they still have not scanned the return back into their warehouse as no one seems to know what happened to it wants it left my house. (they acknowledge that it was collected but can't market as returned.) as a result Amazon are trying to charge me for the second washing machine over the past six weeks. I have spoken to at least 30 different people from Amazon none of which have been able to give me the same advice and I have been told time and time again I will not be charged for the replacement washing machine, but here we are nearly 24 months later and Amazon are trying to charge me for an item that they collected it has caused me so much stress and wasted so much of my time having pointless conversations with people that have no idea what they're doing. I wish I'd spent a little bit extra on the delivery from Currys instead.The washing machine itself isn't great after a week it will no longer connect to Wi-Fi and it has become very loud. After me not being able to connect it to Wi-Fi, I've lost most of the different washing functions that it has most of them are only available through the app. So to say that I regret this purchase is an understatement.

Great washing machine, spin is quiet and easy to programme

Such a quiet machine. Looks very neat too. It’s smaller than my previous machine so sits better alongside the adjoining cabinets. Very good range of programs, super controllable with many options for temperature and spin within each setting.I’ve not bothered connecting it to the WiFi as yet because I have no need but probably will just for the fun of it. It arrived yesterday and already on its third load. I got the smaller 8 kilo version, it’s still a roomy drum and fits as lot of clothes.Have to comment on the delivery which was excellent they brought it right through the house up and down steps to where I needed it. Very impressed so far.
