I absolutely love this product and I can’t speak highly enough about it. I have one every day. It helps me relax midday when I’m usually stressed at work and I sleep great at night. I usually have a hard time falling asleep and when I use other things like melatonin, I typically wake up in the middle of the night. The magnesium in this drink helps me fall asleep and stay asleep even though I drink it around 3pm. I also feel the adaptagens help me stay motivated in other areas of my life. All the flavors are good, but strawberry rose is my favorite.

I absolutely love these. I had been trying to cut out alcohol and wanted to find something else I can drink to help me relax, and these work wonders. I love the way they make me feel, almost like a buzz, but without the anxiety and loss of inhibitions. I have been ordering these regularly and everyone I have recommended them to has loved them as well. They taste good on their own, although I prefer to add a couple ounces of my favorite Kombucha to make them even more flavorful.

I like all the flavors.The carbonation makes them feel like a cocktail. Seems to help me sleep at night. They are a little pricey, so I just have one at night to wind down before bed. My only complaint is I have had a couple shipments where a can has leaked in the package.

I like this drink because:1) it’s bigger ounce wise than a lot of competitors (those guys make you pay the same price for a slim can)2) pretty good price, especially if you can snag a sale or get it on subscribe and save3) all flavors I’ve tried, I’ve liked. They are smooth and mild and I’ve mixed them with other beverages as well4) I do feel relaxed after drinking these, not like when having an alcoholic drink, but just less stressed5) they are pretty!I’ve tried a variety and this one is the best!

Oh, how I wish I had this when my kids were teenagers. Magnesium really helps reduce that stressed out feeling. I'm not stressed anymore like I used to be but drinking one these instead of coffee in the morning, has been life changing. You don't have that mid day crash or the zapped out feeling at the end of the work day that caffeine gives you. Plus my sleep has been better, more restful. Worth the money.

I’ve been drinking this consistently for over 4 months and recently subscribed. I decided to look for an alternative to wine or alcohol, and in my research I discovered these drinks. They have a slight fizz and light taste that I enjoy and I’d equate it to having a glass of wine at the end of the day. They are a part of my nightly routine and it’s just one thing you can do if you’re trying to replace alcohol and have a nice base for mocktails or romanticize your nightly routine.

Does it chill me out like my b*nzos? No. Does it help add a routine of relaxation when I need an extra boost? Absolutely. Just to let you know this is basically a very expensive cool looking la croix. It’s not gonna taste overly sweet. Magnesium can give you bubble guts so just be aware of what you’re eating/drinking this on an empty stomach. It will NOT replace alcohol. I didn’t purchase it for that. I purchased for mental health choices. Still unsure if I will repurchase. They’re nice, but in this economy? 🥺
