Teapigs Snooze Herbal Tea Made with Whole Herbs and Fruits (1 Pack of 15 Tea Bags)

I bought this tea to assist me sleep, but as I opened the 1st of 2 packets the strange aroma escaping the box hit my nose and turned my stomach. However I thought once there was time for brewing the drink itself might be better and actually do the job. I'd just suggest that to this by all means, but it made me that sickly, sleep didn't come easy to me that night. This has a calming effect to relax myself into working (although not every single time) as well as helping me, and now recently my girlfriend, to sleep better. She doesn't like camomile but this tea tastes "okay" and she is happy to drink it.
