Following surgery, I decided to give this a go to help accelerate the healing process. An absolute godsend when you have no appetite but need something to help you recover. Just ordered my second bag as I’ve loved having it daily…very tasty & full of goodness!

After waiting 2 weeks for this to arrive (one of the longest delivery times I’ve ever had from amazon) it came damaged and there was chicken broth powder all in the box so unfortunately I had to throw it away but it did smell like it would have tasted nice though.

Very happy with the Beef version - I use it anywhere I may need stock, or just as a sprinkle to season a dish. In my opinion the chicken version has a funky smell…

I take two scoops in hot water (and a dash of soy sauce for extra flavour sometimes) - it’s my breakfast -instead of cereal and gives me energy all morning and I’m losing weight because it helps me to cut out carbs.i
