Has a little sour taste but besides that it works really well, pumps last long after the workout.

By itself, L Citrulline will have a minimal affect. You need to address three components for this to work as studies suggest -Block, Release, Supply. L Citrulline falls within the supply area. But if you're not blocking things that cause deficiencies, and releasing the stored supply of what you need, then you'll be wasting you're time. With that said, L Citrulline supplements work, but would a waste without satisfying those other two components. This brand has a pure-er taste than others I've tried- definitely recommend buying.

I have been on the carnivore diet for about 3.5 months now and cleared out a lot of my old supplements from my diet. Type Zero's L-carnitine is front and center of the few (L-carnitine, creatine, amino acids, cod liver oil and electrolytes are all I'm doing now). With the new diet I feel like this product is more noticeable/impactful love it. I like the taste and I do notice the difference in the gym and improved blood flow. This works. This is not “flavorless,” as many interpret “no added flavor” to mean. Just as “unflavored coffee” will still taste like coffee. Does not easily dissolve. Even after 24 hours gritty crystals remain. I used KoolAid as my liquid to mix and cover the taste. Good product, but misleading in some of its description.

Fantastic results from using this product! Lowered my blood pressure and increased my workout ability
