Good, but not quite as effective as I'd like to see.
I like these gummy vitamins but they are not as high as content in vitamins and minerals as I'd like to see. When I started doing is taking two in the morning and one to two at night and I feel like I'm covered well. That way. It may be wrong to go against the manufacturers directions and this may not even make it two the review but that's how I feel.
