I had gotten a new phone, but this tool wasn't in the package.So I was unable to open the tray to insert my sd card,nor check on the sim card.Then I purcased this packet of tools because the price was very affordable, & it came with multiple tools in different shapes. These made it easy to hold & manipulate to pop the tray out. I would buy these again.Thank you!

this is one of those tools you seldom need but when you do you can't find it.

If this is someone idea of a useful product? Cutting your fingers does the job. Use caution, edges are razor sharp. Tiny razor blades... Cut my finger....
