I'm no expert, but I'm glad I bought these. From what I've learned, these are more styled as self defense use than flashier training sets. They are heavy with the longer chain and will give you a workout... Pretty cool.

These nunchucks looked good in the picture but when got them and took them out of the box and the bag they were in, it was a different scenario. The rubber smells horrible, some kind of toxic chemical smell. It took a couple of times to wash my hands with soap to get the smell out. I don't know what exact material they're made of but I can't imagine regularly holding that in my hands. The chain also had some kind of black oily substance on it. Lastly, I don't think the ball bearings are of very good quality because the rotation didn't feel nearly as smooth as expected.

This rubber nunchakus is designed for beginners and adults to perform or daily training because Its length ， dimension and chain length fits the palm of an adults . The rubber and chain are very high quality so it can be used ferociously. Especially the bearing balls design makes it more smooth to use, but the lubricating oil on the bearing is a little too much you better wipe off before use. Because it's solid rubber, it's about as heavy as a metal nunchakus and long term training with this will make it easier for you to use metal nunchakus

Solid rubber is safer than steel, but its not recommended for kids
