This product works as expected, however you must figure out how to launch them. They come placed in the box in the hole to stand them on a dresser or other flat service. You have to turn them over to the hole on the bottom to be able to launch them. It took me a second of going back to the product on here to review that information. From reading reviews, many send the product back stating they do not launch, but IMHO, it is user error as I was frustrated too when I first tried, and they didn't work until I turned the launcher over to the bottom hole.

Horrible quality. All three broke within the first 2 hours of taking them out of the package. They were used under supervision and weren’t tugged on hard yet the string broke on all 3. These could have been really fun, unfortunately they ended up just causing extreme disappointment for my kiddos and were a waste of money.

My kids love these and they go pretty far!! We’ll need to get more soon because they’re easy to lose in my house lol

These superheroes FLY!!! It is amazing to see them take off and soar to the sky. Unfortunately, the launchers are a bit flimsy. Two of them already broke from standard use. I'm hoping the last one holds strong because we have so much fun with these. They go a great distance, and the fact that they're popular heroes makes it even better.

This product was major junk. Sent them back.

My five year old grandson loves these so much!!!

My kids enjoy these flying toys. When they work, they're great. The Marvel characters fly high. On the first day they used them, one of the blue handles broke- the string was pulled out and won't retract, making it unusable. Within a week, another of the handles broke in the same way. So they're not super sturdy but they are cool. They also don't come with any instructions or information. At first I thought they didn't work at all because I had the characters in the wrong hole. You have to flip the handle over and put them in what appears to be the bottom hole.
