Easier than the old Mr coffee tea brewer. Simpler and easier to clean.I use this daily for my Market Spice tea. Chugging the tea without sugar, sometimes I have to brew two or three times a day. I really like the glass pitcher. They need to offer additional pitchers at time of purchase.Well worth the money. No buyers remorse; would buy again in a heartbeat. Brand name so good for getting replacement parts.Highly recommended.PS. You don’t have to use the pitcher provided if you’re ham handed. You can brew into anything that fits under the spout. You have lines on the pitcher telling you how much water and how much ice to use. I just fill the tank to the overflow holes, use my metal Orca cup to scoop ice and slide it carefully down the side of the pitcher so nothing hits the glass. I shake the ice down so there’s a true measure. I use five level scoops of loose tea and brew. I sometimes add a cup of water to the tank after it finishes, fill my 32oz stainless “glass” with ice and re hit the brew button. The tea brews into my cup, a bit weaker than the original batch but still plenty cinnamon-ey. Gets me another quart of tasty hydration on top of the pitcherful.I don’t use it for iced coffee as I spent too many years having to dump tepid coffee from my cup at work and grew to dislike the taste.

I didn’t know I needed an iced tea maker until this magical machine walked into my life and brewed my heart cold. It’s stupidly easy to use, basically foolproof, and the tea tastes like it came straight from a fancy café, minus the upcharge for lemon. It brews fast enough to keep up with my thirst and the glass pitcher was a much better option than plastic. Honestly, if this thing ever breaks, I’m brewing a support group.

I use mine as an iced-tea maker, but I don't use the ice thingy; i just use plain water in the pitcher, about 2" above the suggested water line. It does well, but I had to experiment with how much tea to use (I use Lipton black tea granules). If I use too much, the brewed tea turns cloudy quickly. I use about 1 level tablespoon, and that seems to work.

The on off button doesn’t work, tried 2 different machine. This is a serious safety hazard. As soon as it is plugged in, it starts spewing boiling water. Only way to turn off is to pull the plug and get splashed with hot water.

Had this product for a while. Works well and keeping up with the abnormal amount of tea I drink. If the tea doesn’t come out right try different tea bags that was an issue I was having in the beginning.

Tea tastes fantastic.
