CD Jewel Cases - 10 Pack | Clear CD Cases for Standard Discs | Durable Plastic Storage and Replacement Jewel Case

I am always trying to save money on replacement cd cases, because i use them for every used cd i purchase. As other reviewers have mentioned, the cases do not close well, which i have found in other brands. As one reviewer also stated, thick booklets are hard to insert because of the extra thick tabs. Bottom line, although they are thicker than some other cases, you cannot beat Maxtek. A few dollars more is well worth it. I have purchased Maxtek 25 count cases with no damaged cases, and superb function and durability. Less expensive is not always best in the end. Update: Company reached out to discuss my comments. Good customer service. I am impressed so i have changed my overall rating.

These are super cheap cases. I have replaced many case over the years and never have I seen cases this cheaply made. They are very hard to open, and the one disc I did push on the mount was very hard to get on then it wouldn't come off. I had to break the center of the case to rescue my disc. I took the original inside pieces and mounted them in the new outer cases. The plastic is more brittle than the original cases and I really felt I paid about 10.00 to much for these. Do yourself a favor and purchase different replacement cases.

I purchased these so I could loan movies to friends without losing my cases or the case. Getting damaged. I know that sounds weird, but they do a good job.They're sturdy

Good full-size replacement cd jewel boxes. One of mine was cracked on delivery. Slots for booklet are too narrow for some cd booklets. Parts are not interchangeable with commercial cd jewe; boxes and these are slightly bigger and thicker. If I need some more of these and I will, I will look for another brand.

I found these CD Jewel Cases to be very close to the originals which I needed as replacement for some older vintage compact disc albums I own that have definitely seen better days. That said, these types of Jewel Cases tend to scratch, chip, and crack easily - the plastic used is brittle which is why I was so surprised to find them loose with no padding in the shipping bag they were sent in?? And sure enough, 2 out of 10 cases were unusable and I had to order another set from a different vendor. These BCW cases were great, the unbroken ones that is, but its a bit disappointing now and causes me to be hesitant to order them again through Amazon. Oddly, Amazon often rejects product reviews critical of shipping and handling but if you are only receiving 80% of an item due to that process then yeah, it needs to be pointed out so people can have a REAL sense of what they can expect. I felt sure the item would be delivered intact and with no broken cases, and again the ones that weren't broken are great and I used all 8 out of the 10 in the pack. Fragile items that contain brittle plastic needs - at minimum - to be wrapped in bubble wrap or something to protect it while in transit. That's all I'm trying to say.

Fantastic for the money, but for me hard to open. I have had 3 strokes so they are harder for me to open. Otherwise well worth the money.

I strongly recommend against buying this. The CD cases were brittle, and the CD spindle was irregularly sized and not flexible enough. Some CDs would fall off the spindle, others would get stuck, and even worse some would go on, but you'd have to break the CD to get it off. Additionally the bottom left tab (for holding the cd insert in place) of every case in the box was fused to the panel so nothing could be inserted into that tab. Lastly, the cases were incredibly difficult to open. Even when squeezing the pads on the corners to open they would take so much force that you'd essentially rip it apart. I got these as part of some home made christmas gifts and was extremely disappointed that i didn't have enough time to buy better CD cases to give to my family. I can't recommend against these enough, they are poor quality and destined for the garbage.

Las cajas son robustas, se sienten resistentes. Hay que tener cuidado al abrirlas. Sólo deberían tener más cuidado en lo que envían, porque una llegó rota.
