With this being my first time dealing with a rodent issue (mice!), I had no idea what to do. Maintenance shows up the next morning and placed sticky traps all over the kitchen which only works if the mice takes the bait (thankfully Little Buddy took the bait:). In the meantime, waiting two weeks for someone to return to repair the hole under my kitchen sink, there was still a chance that there may be more. I did extensive research to find out how to deter the mice. From playing binaural music to making my place reek of vinegar and bleach, I finally came across these pouches. The smell is extremely strong when you first lay the pouches out, but with good ventilation the smell will go away. I think I may have been over zealous and laid too many pouches out, but I was more worried about having an infestation than the smell. Overall, I feel like these pouches helped and the hole under the sink is now patched up. I also noticed that I have not seen any spiders since laying the pouches out. Thumbs up for this product and hopefully no more mice!

I haven’t seen any more signs of mice, and the roaches disappeared within a week. I like how easy it was to use—just drop the pouches in problem areas and let them work. It’s been two months, and I plan to keep using these pouches as long as they keep the pests away. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a chemical-free solution!

I ordered these to deter small mice that have entered into my house. I have seen 5 or more of them but know there are some more.I placed the packets throughout the house except for where I have pet birds because they are sensitive to smells. Within 1 week I haven't seen any mice. Then about the 9th day I saw 1 in the room with the birds. Since I didn't place a packet in that particular room maybe the mice are going in there. I also have sticky traps and rat poison which I hate to use. Mice breed fast and have a decent size litter so I know I have to get this under control. Using the 3 products together (sticky paper, mice repellent and poison) gives me more confidence that I can irradicate these buggers and regain control of my home and sleep. The smell is loud at first but pleasant and bearable for most people after day 3. Smells like strong peppermint which is alright. My suggestion is to try it to see if it works for you.UPDATE: Weeks after this review, I haven't seen any mice in the house or in the room with the birds. I'm sold on this product.

I bought these repellent bags to deal with all kinds of pests in my basement, including rats, rodents, cockroaches and ants. As instructed, I separated them in the room, focusing on dark corners and places where I had seen activity.The smell was very strong, and within a few days I noticed that the pests and rats were gone. These peppermint pouches really pack a punch if you are a bug! Just slide one in a spot where you notice gnats, mosquitoes, roaches, or ants seem to congregate. They are strong & they work! At first I thought these were rather expensive, but they helped end so many bug problems, especially on our porches & in our garage. With mosquitoes carrying so many diseases, I do not want to be bitten! Pros: work extremely well, pleasant (if strong) smell, lasts for a long time. Safe & effective without chemicals! Cons: a little costly. Value for money: thumbs up!

I have tried many things to keep mice out of my tractor cab. Thought this might work but it isn't much different than other repellents I have tried. Put 4 packets in my Kubota cab, came out 4 days later and there were mouse turds on the seat. This happened several times, each time putting more fresh packets in the cab. The building I keep my tractor in is in the middle of my 20 acres and I have to admit there are a lot of mice in the building. These had a strong peppermint smell and I was hoping that would do the trick. I would get a cat but I am only at that property a few times a month.

A bit pricey, but it works well initially. When I opened the package and placed the product in my home, there were no signs of mice for about a month. However, once the scent faded, the mice returned. Given the cost of the product, I expected it to last longer.
