As good as “gluten full” crescent rolls!
Used these for a dessert and they worked wonderfully and tasted great!! It was so easy to prepare and they tasted just as good as “gluten full” crescent rolls! Will definitely be buying again. We’ve loved everything we’ve tried from Moms place.

Dry but delicious
The taste is greate. Very yummy. I did make these dairy free as well, but with the vegan butter and coconut milk, these were soooo dry. Little rocks when they came out of the oven.I put them in a zip lock bag with damp paper towel overnight which helped a little. When I tried to cut them horizontally in half for sandwiches, they crumbled apart. I then put them back in the oven for about 10 minutes with a bowl of water to create steam. That moistened them enough to slowly and carefully cut without falling apart too much.Everyone gluten and dairy free in my family raves about the taste, but man they were dry. Hopefully they are better with real dairy.

Meh
Decent texture. But dry and not very flavorful.

Tasted like Pillsbury
At Friendsgiving I chose rolls. Except one of our friends has celiacs and also I can’t bake worth a damn.Enter these. I was a little anxious reading the instructions bc they do use yeast and you have to let it rise and soak the yeast all and all that. Nope! It was actually quite easy and aside from my terrible attempt at rolling up the little triangles, they turned out great. Tasted like pillsbury, went great with butter and ended up being gone before seconds.

Horrible - doesn't hold shape - threw it all away
Have been baking for 50 years including gluten free. This mix made an ungrateful dough that could not be manipulated in any way. My son was so looking forward to them. Waste of money. Not easy to prep. Can't say anything about the taste and I ended up throwing it all away.

They taste good, but nothing like actual crescent rolls.
These were ok. I was hopeful that they would actually taste like the Pillsbury kind (or at least have a different texture than dry gluten free rolls). They tasted good, just not what I was hoping for. The hunt for GF crescent rolls continues.
