So far just out the box everything looks quality, all of the outlets work and it was delivered faster than the expected time.This jump starter pack for its compact size seems durable, this jump starter pack works very well as advertised.I've compared alot of these jumpstarters and this one is very powerful. It's compact yet still has the ability to start 12L Gas or 10.8 L Diesel. There are 3 usb. The type A output and type C output. It's so surprising to me how easily this starts a car even with a totally dead battery. The great thing is if you aren't able to fix your battery immediately, then you can still get around and start multiple times with this device. It's definitely gives me peace of mind knowing that this is always in my car.When using the force start feature it produced almost 17 volts which is great for getting diesels to start or vehicles that need some extra power. It Comes with a very nice carrying case which stores jumper cables, and charging cable. It also has fast charging which is super nice as it takes no time to charge. The display is really nice and makes it really easy for anyone to use and will not allow for improper use through its multiple safety features.The large screen is a big surprise!. Just connect the jumper cables to the battery, and the car jump starter screen displays "12V READY." Press start, and in just one second, my car comes to life! I am thrilled! If the starter clips are connected incorrectly, the screen prominently shows "SHORT CIRCUIT" and warns "DO NOT START." Additionally, you can easily see the battery level. Before starting, I charged my car boost to 100%, and after one start, the remaining charge was 97%, which gives me great peace of mind.This unit is very compact and portable but very powerful, and that's all I need. When my colleagues at work saw it for the first time they were amazed at how easily my car started and wanted to know where I got it. I am very much impressed by what I get for the price.I like that it’s not as large and bulky as my last old Jamp starter. This jump starter has dust covers over the charge and power ports. Great jump starter to have around and it works great, has lots of power. Nice to have the emergency light, the power and the ability to double up as chargers for phone etc. Comes with a very nice carrying case which stores jumper cables, and charging cable. The display is nice to have and it tells how much battery juice is left and the power being dissipated when charging things. Nice to have in your car as peace of mind!!!

Batty life dose not last too long because of the compact size and large amount of amps at 8250. Comes with a very nice carrying case which stores jumper cables, and charging cable. It also has fast charging which is super nice as it takes no time to charge. Product struggles heavily to start a small mid sized 6 cylinder gas suv and also drags the charge down by 50% or better on 1 use, far from what is advertised. Noco makes a much better product, cost more but at least it isn't falsely advertised . Its been 4 months and it shows 100% charge with zero charge response. Save your frustration and buy another brand

Practicle and portable great to have a Little peace of mind with u when u need it

Works good. Used it to power up a 2 battery diesel engine truck with no issues. Battery is holding up strong. I do keep it out of the heat as much as possible. I did also purchase the 3 year warranty. I recommend this jump starter.

A couple years ago, I had to jump start a car several times. I thought the battery was bad; but it would take a charge. Finally, a bad power window switch was found to be the source of the constant drain. Starting a car with cables and another vehicle is a pain. I am now happy to own this device. It will do the job with much more ease. My jump starter will not remain idle, waiting only for a bad battery! It will be useful in power outages to have a reliable means of charging a cell phone or tablet. I will often use the device to power an iPhone or iPad used to control my telescope. That instrument is often used far from an outlet. An additional, portable power source is a real help. The 8250A comes with a nice rigid case, that also neatly stows the clamping jaws for jump starts, and charging cable. It is easy to carry and store. The only improvement I can think of: please print the manual larger for older eyes!

Great item. I use it several times a week and it has never failed. Would buy it again.
