I put it in my spinach shakes. Dissolves well, tasteless.

Neutral flavor.
This has no taste that I can detect. Great way to get some MCT into your diet. It doesn't dissolve in coffee all that well, but a good stir should get it somewhat incorporated. If you have a little frothing device, that's the perfect way to stir it in.

The packaging is easy to use and store the MCT. Seems as fresh as the day i opened it. Mixes well with liquids and a small whip. Comes with a little scoop so you know how much to use. I just reordered it.

my personal experience doesn't mix well with hot coffee has lots of float globstried several ways all same doesn't blendand taste is neutral actually zero flavor i am using as creamer Subvery negative experience

creamy.
It's basically just creamy. That's it. It doesn't taste like coconuts, it's not sweet, etc. It mixes easily and would probably go great in coffee. I'm just adding it to protein shakes for fat content but it also makes them creamier.I just wish it was a larger container. I feel like I'm going to go through this in a week.
