My boys LOVE this truck. I feel like they’d want the charge to last longer. They’ve used it inside and outside. It is on the louder side for a remote control. It takes some practicing and experimenting to learn how to make it do all it can, but perfect for 6-8 year olds. They also crash it into everything (not down steps yet) but it hasn’t broken.

The “alive” feature is a showstopper! The way it moves, roars, and brings the truck to life adds a level of excitement you don’t get with other RC vehicles. It’s super responsive to the remote, making it easy to perform epic stunts, wheelies, and more.What’s great is the durability. This toy is great I could tell it will be played with and enjoyed for a while. The only thing I didn't like was It didn't come with the charging cord as it states have not checked to see what the charging method is hopefully we have a cord but it should come with everything it needs to function and be charged. Child just received it now, purchased in Dec. So way past the date to return in exchange for one complete set (with charging cord)Highly advise I guess checking for this upon purchase as I didn't figure I had to since I purchased from Amazon. Lesson learned for me. Great toy otherwise.Update 4/2025**It did come with the cord was literally inside the truck where it charges. My error, updated to give stars-my child just loves this truck.

This toy is a hit with the kids! It’s fast, tough, and handles all kinds of terrain—grass, dirt, even small rocks. The remote is easy to use. Total excitement every time! Bought 2 already.

My grandson asked for tjis for Christmas. It works beautifully, but runs out of charge and has to be recharged. Great colors, does what it should. But playing time is limited and it needs a large space to play with it. Outdide on a good day. Not a lot of good days in winter. Play time is again limited.

Our son (almost 3 years old) loves this episode of Hot Wheels and wanted one so we got it for him for Christmas. He is really lightweight and fast, lights up beautifully, is well built and ready to be crashed into lots of things (thankfully) but the best part of it that I did NOT see coming is that he farts. 😂 (it’s every third click of a button on the remote, not just random)The sound quality is good and not overly loud in my opinion. I don’t see a way to control the audio level but that’s fine. I’m not sure exactly how battery life is since he has just begun playing with it. We did notice that he has some more difficulty going fast while turning. If he turns it slows him down quite a bit, but again not really a bad thing in my opinion as a parent of a 3 yr old just learning to steer.Overall, he is extremely happy with it and so are we. The farts on a boy toy are just the cherry on top! 😂Updated to add: battery life is good. My son plays with it then leaves it on for a while then goes back to it. If not played with for a little while it goes into sleep mode. While in sleep mode (also happens while charging) he begins to snore. 😂 again this cracked me up and threw me for a loop the first time it happened. When in sleep mode from timing out it snores once and when plugged in to charge he snores 4 times then when he is fully charged his lights go off and only his eyes are lit up green. Again, very happy with this toy and son is still loving it.

Bought this for my 6 year old grandson. He totally loved it. Immediately started playing with it. He loves the lights and the sounds it makes when it rams the wall or object.

Bought 2 of these, one for my 4yo grandson and one for my 3yo nephew. A solid Holiday hit! This is a true "monster" truck in size that can go over obstacles and when it hits something it can't go over it can do a wheelie. The feature that seems to be a hit with both boys is what happens when you make the truck "mad". The feature the parents like is the recharge with the included USB cable and that's what attracted me to start with. I also like the design which reminds me of a dinosaur with big wheels that can change color from blue to red. For a truck of its size it's also got some zip to its movement. So far they've held up well.
