Unfortunately we received a weight that is not cut correctly so it doesn't fit in the weight stack. Amazon doesn't have a way to contact them to get this corrected.

After some hesitation, I decided to take the plunge and invest in this product and start my workout with my family. And boy, I am glad I did! Assembling it was quite easy and straight forward by following the installing manual step by step. It's incredibly sturdy and doesn't take much space in my garage, which is a huge plus. There are two sets of weight stacks up to 220 lbs on each side. This smith machine is perfect for the whole family, whether you're just starting out or a seasoned pro. Everything has exceeded my expectations. The value you get for the price is unbeatable, especially for someone like me who's easing back into fitness and weightlifting. I love this smith machine!
