Fantastic product. I just put the batteries in and it worked on my LG TV. This is going to be so easy for my elderly mum to use. A genuine high quality product that did exactly what I wanted it to do. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Mum has dementia, I was getting phone calls almost everyday as she was pressing the keys on the other remote so hard they were sticking inside the remote. It was really easy to set up and mum has not had to ask for help with the TV since. It's also good that it's white as it makes it easier to find.

Bought this for a relative with dementia. Much easier for them to manage. Easy to set up. Dropped one star as we had to cello tape the battery compartment to avoid it being opened by the user.

I bought this for my mother in law. It was easy to set up and she is finding it very easy to use. The buttons are a good size and she now feels she isn't going to press a button that could land her somewhere she doesn't want to be on the TV with no idea of which button to press to get out of it.

This was amazing. I just put the batteries in and it worked straight away. This was with a new LG TV (TV only, no set top box, cable or satellite). My 86 year old Dad was delighted with it! It is robust and easy to use.

Doesn't work with Sky Q.Sky Q goes straight to home screen & there is no back button on Flipper remote.

Second time purchasing this as the first one magically disappeared (relative with dementia). Easy to setup, easier to use. Great size. Decent price.
