This product has truly helped control my glucose levels. I had 3 months of my husband being hospitalized and working 2 jobs so I was doing a lot of eating on the go and unable to make as many healthy choices as I would have liked. I just knew when I took my HgA1c it was going to be much higher than it was. I had been taking this product for a little over 3 months and my A1c was 5.9. It HAD TO BE these pills because I was not eating very good at all! Highly recommend!

The product arrived on time. I have been using other Berberine product for years although never one with apple cider vinegar so I decided to try this one. I am hoping it works as well as others have. It also has more berberine than others I have tried.

The capsula is pretty large and difficult for me to swallow so I’ll have to use a different method to get and use cinnamon etc.
