Had cap for about 4 months, then the controller did not work, did not allow me to turn on cap but emailed company and they promptly sent me a new cap. Very satisfied!

Made my hair grow back. Very functional fits fine easy to use seems like good quality. Just find 30 minutes a day to sit down and watch ch television and your hair will regrow. I got it because I have Parkinson’s and I thought from internet research it might keep the dementia part away plus I was loosing my hair. I think I got my moneys worth and it is comfy to sit while it’s working.

The USB connector fell apart and when I tried to reconnect it, it failed to function as advertised.

I ordered this unit a few months ago for my father. When he opened it the unit wouldn’t work unless he bent the wire that enters the hat in a u-shape. After a few days the whole thing wouldn’t work. After notifying the seller I promptly received replacement product that works great and appears like an improved product. I appreciate the prompt feedback and service from the seller.This is the most powerful red light therapy hat available. It’s certainly more powerful than alternatives I’ve tried.

Product worked fine until about 5 months after purchase. I had an issue with the controller but couldn't find a way to talk with the Customer Service to resolve it. I was finally contacted by them and they replaced the whole package, not just the controller as I had requested I actually got a call from China, as well! WOW! So I have to say they have excellent customer service!

I have had this for maybe 6 months now. My hair grows so much faster- much faster than before. Now it's like a teenager's hair grows. I like the way it feels on my head as well. I didn't have hair loss to begin with so I cant tell if it would help with that, but I do feel like my hair loves and so does my scalp. Great customer service too, it came with a bad smell, they sent a new one right away. I returned the smelly one. I use it while on the computer. Even in zoom meeting. People are surprised if I show the red lights, they think I am just wearing a cap - except that there is a wire that comes out from the side. Other than that it's great.
