Horrible supportI haven't even owned my AM18 a year and now it freezes and shutdown randomly.This happens on the windows 11 os installed on the nvme harddrive that was included and even on the Linux os I have installed on the USB flashdrive.I called the support line which automatically tells you it's busy after a 3 min automated call.The support staff had some connection issue where the call would be muted randomly so I found myself repeating alot of information.Ultimately the supports says they want to troubleshoot the issue with me by having me record the issue. I'll have to record my PC randomly freezing or shuting down from 2 different medias....What type of support is this, I'm within my warranty but they most likely want me to drag it out or get frustrated.The products specs are nice, the port selection is good but all this is useless if the product doesn't last and the support isn't there.

This little device is very powerful computer, in a small case. I have used now as a standard work computer and it stays at 1% or even fraction of % with 3 monitors using excel, internet video calls, and office related load.Have not tested in gaming yet.
