I am happy with this product. I purchased this part on Thursday and it came on Sunday as expected. Installed the part and recalibrated my washer. My washer is working like a champ.

Product was good
The actuator was as described and got my washer back up and running. I has issues with how they do their shipping. They stated the product would ship the next day, but all they did was create a label. It actually arrived at the USPS to be shipped 3 days later. Very misleading. I would have given 5 stars if not for that.
