Great all around cane
Awesome quad cane! Can use on either side, is very sturdy when walking or using to get up from chair. Having the half step pull out only when needed is a bonus. So glad I bought this cane!

Sturdy
Sturdy and just what I needed after recovering from a broken leg.

Pretty nice
Overall it's a good cane/step combo. The step part doesn't slide out/in very easily but maybe after using a few times it will loosen up some. If you are used to using a cane with the 4 feet, this should be a pretty easy transition. For me, I'm used to having a cane with the 3 or 4 feet but that moves and flexes like your ankle so with being rigid with no flex is proving to be a bigger transition so I doubt I would use on a daily basis. It will be for those times when I need the step portion. Ideally, they modify this to have that flex movement and make this a much better unit.

Joy!
This product was an answer to prayer. The pain in my knees had increased to the point that I could no longer climb the stairs. My grand children and son-in-law had to help assist me up the stairs. If they were not home to help me I would be confined to my room. This device has enabled me to navigate the stairs by myself without pain! I’m am thrilled!

Heavy club posing as a stair climbing aid!
I was looking for a way to help me climb steps as I have bad knees. This did not work for me. It’s too heavy and I am unable to split the step and make it easier to climb up the stairs. It’s not all the fault of the cane but had it been a little less high step I may have been able to make it work

Not for me
thought this would be OK after coming out of the hospital. The curb from the parking lot, just before the stairs, is way too high for a normal step. I tried using this but was unable to control it. It might be ok as a regular cane, but the bottom piece kept getting in the way.
