Good snack for kids
It’s hard to find protein-rich snacks that my kids actually like and these fit the bill. They are small, so not a meal-substitute and less protein load than an adult’s protein bar, which is good. The consistency and flavor is a lot like z-bars, so if your children like those, they will likely like these as well. We don’t have an allergy issue, but these would be a good choice for those children and schools as well.

One of kids likes these and one doesn’t. Not a sweet chocolate taste, but on the better end price and taste wise for healthier snack options.

Great for allergies, but taste is artificial and unappetizing
We've tried these bars in blueberry and chocolate chip. The blueberry were better than the chocolate chip. The taste and texture is not good. They're dry, light and crumbly, not moist and dense. I appreciate they're school-safe and have some protein, but I can't justify buying them again because they're returning home unopened in the lunchbox. There are so many bars out there that have similar nutrition profile but are tastier and more satisfying.
