Ok product but gave me heart burn worse considering this is supposed to stop it but product ok! Just don’t use it for heart burn lol

So glad I found these.
Had never used (or heard of) these seeds until recently. Bought them to make Onion Bhaji. So glad I did . Really adds to the flavour and my Bhaji were delicious. Don't be put off by the strong unusual smell of the raw seeds. That goes during the cooking and they are now an essential ingredient for me.
